Grievances

NWTC provides an opportunity for youth, staff and stakeholders to submit grievances as a means of resolving concerns.

At NWTC, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all individuals. We recognize that grievances may arise and believe in providing a transparent and fair process for addressing concerns. Allowing grievances ensures accountability, supports conflict resolution, and promotes continuous improvement within our organization. By listening to the voices of our community, we strengthen trust, equity, and overall well-being.

A grievance may be submitted digitally through the form, following the link below, or in writing. Written grievances should be emailed to the Executive Director (ed@nightwind.ca) or mailed to:
